Hello everyone! Today my friends and I decided to do crepes for lunch! we will be doing both savory and sweet crepes πŸ˜€

Here are the ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • Β½ cup milk
  • Β½ cup water
  • ΒΌ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.

I forgot to take pictures of the mixing process, but here is the finished product in a pan!

Next, We cook them until one side starts to show lots of colors then flip it over! (about 2 minutes)

Rinse, repeat, and you will have a full plate of CREPES! YUMMY

Today’s cooking was not difficult. With team effort and some patience, we had a wonderful brunch! Food always tastes better when you are with those you love, and these crepes are the best I ever had πŸ˜€
